condicio) agreement, compact, condition; con- + a root
signifying to show, point out, akin to dicere to say, dicare
to proclaim, dedicate. See {Teach}, {Token}.]

which, the accomplishment, recission, or modification of
an obligation or testamentary disposition is made to
